HR Officer

📍𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Recruit personnel, find the right person for the desired position, and help new employees at the beginning.

- Make a schedule for the orientation program and the ISO 9001: 2015 system, as well as coordinate and carry out work in accordance with standard requirements.

- Organize training programs to increase knowledge, skills, and abilities in various fields. to employees.

- Keep records of necessary information such as personal information, personal documents, leave records, medical expenses, etc. Log in.

- Facilitate the welfare of the company to employees.

- Plan employee activities Coordinate and supervise team building and activities within the company.

- Prepare visa issuance documents and work permits for foreign employees.

📍𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

- Bachelor's degree in Human resources, political science, business administration or related fields.

- Age not over 35 Years old.

Service Technician

📍𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Install plastic injection machines/maintenance/install programs/troubleshooting plastic injection machine and related equipment

- Teach how to use a plastic injection machine. and related equipment to customers

- Receive work sheets and provide services to customers and report the results back to the head office

- Others as assign

 

📍𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

- Qualification: Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's degree Field of study: Factory mechanics, electricians, industrial technicians, electronics technician or other related matters.

- Age not over 35 Years old.

- New graduates with intention are welcome.

- Experienced in the Plastic injection molding machines industry for at least 1 year will be given special consideration.

- Have knowledge in injection adjustments /Install plastic injection machine / or have a background in board / inverter repair will be given special consideration.

- Able to use basic computer programs.

- Have a personal car driver's license.

- Loves service, speaks politely and solves problems well.

- Work outside the premises. (Occasionally to other provinces - special allowances are provided)

  If able to communicate in English or Chinese will be given special consideration

Product Acquisition Specialist (1 Year Contract)

📍𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Control effectively of purchasing schedule that meet with production requirement.

• Evaluate supplier proposals and commercial evaluations, and make recommendations for supplier selection.

• Resolve any procurement-related issues, such as supplier non-compliance or material shortages, in a timely manner.

• Manage supplier and internal concern.

 

📍𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree,   Welcome new graduates.

• Have experience of purchasing in electronics part is a plus.

• Computer literacy in MS. Office.

• Communicate and written in English.

• Good negotiation skill, Coordinating skill.

Data Management & Admin officer (1 Year Contract)

📍𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Data management into the system using ready-made programs or the organization's format

- Check the accuracy of customer document data after recording

- Contact and coordinate with other departments to record data correctly and completely

- Computer literacy in MS. Office.

- Able English skill.

- Working Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00 (Closed on Saturday - Sunday/Public holidays)
